SUBLETTE COUNTY — Sublette County Public Health is excited to announce that we are able to open registration for all Phase 1B groups. This includes 65-and-older age group, individuals with underlying health conditions, caregivers caring for high-risk individuals and several more categories of frontline essential workers.

To register, please go to Pinedale Online. In the top right corner, press the vaccine schedule button to go to our Sublette COVID-19 website to complete the Google survey.

When a dose becomes available, Public Health will call you to schedule your appointment. Please do not call Public Health to see where you are on the list — we will contact you as soon as we can to get your dose scheduled!

Sublette County is currently receiving 200 doses per week of Moderna Vaccine. Doses are scheduled weekly at drive-through events at the Sublette County Fairgrounds, the Museum of the Mountain Man, or on-site locations.

We are currently working on the 65 and older age group, K-12 education and childcare providers while planning for the next groups in Phase 1B. Individuals may still register for any Phase 1B group on our Google survey.
