Gabriel Robertson: Sell or deliver nicotine to person under 21.

Nicholas A. Leyva: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.

Cody R. Vivatson: Battery.

Andrew Zook: Animal running at large.

Galen E. Bellis: Driving under the influence of alcohol; open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle.

Trevor Dunham: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor; driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

The following fines were imposed from Jan. 23 to Jan. 29.

Luis Zuniga, Big Piney: No valid driver’s license, fine $50.

Sandon M. Sletten, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $160; superintendent’s speed zone, fine $170; expired license, fine $140.
