Charles W. Wheeler: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.

Francis Hilchey: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.

Francis Hilchey: Cruelty to animals, failing to provide care if ill, four counts; cruelty to animals, keeping pets in a manner causing harm, seven counts.

John Copeland, Big Piney: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $165.

Omar King, Boulder: DUI; possession of marijuana; open container of alcohol; failing to drive in a single lane; jail 180 days with 178 suspended, 18 months unsupervised probation, fines $970.

Kaitlyn Beale, Pinedale: Expired registration, fine $70.
