Tristan H. Stassinos: Possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor.

Andrew Johnson: Driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense.

Dale L. Kawa: Delivery of a controlled substance, felony.

Garrett Lakey: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.

Brianna Nitti: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor, exceeding 70 mph on a highway.

Dean Moody: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.

The following fines and sentences were imposed from May 3 to May 9.

Jose Guzman Vazquez, Pinedale: Driving vehicle in a single lane, fine $90.

Taylor Williams, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $155.

Ridge Stewart, Big Piney: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $165.

Sergio Saenz, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $140.

KC Ron Norby, Big Piney: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $105.
