PINEDALE – The Sublette County Rural Health Care District (RHCD) board held a special meeting July 2 to introduce Melinda Hoelscher, the district’s new health care administrator. Hoelscher attended the meeting on her first day of work to field questions from the board on her experience and her vision for the district.
Hoelscher joins the district after serving in various nursing and health care management capacities in South Dakota and Vermont. As health care administrator for the RHCD, Hoelscher will be the primary liaison between district staff and the board. She will work closely with the medical directors at both clinics, as well as with the emergency medical services (EMS) department and other department directors.
