Rethinking his views on town water meters

PINEDALE – During the town council elections last May, part of Tim Lingle’s candidate platform was his opposition to water meters in the town of Pinedale. The town council recently voted all in favor for two water meter ordinances, and it’s apparent Lingle has changed his mind.

If both ordinances pass all three readings before the town council, water meters will be installed on all properties within town limits. Properties outside of town limits will have the option to install a water meter or be charged a water fee pre-determined by the council.
