BIG PINEY – The Big Piney Punchers high school wrestling team will send eight of its nine members on to the state tournament from regional competition over the weekend. The Punchers competed in the 2A West Regional Tournament in Hanna on Friday and Saturday.
In team scoring, the Big Piney athletes took 49 points to place 11th of 12 teams. Cokeville took top honors, edging out perennial powerhouse Lovell.
