JACKSON – It was an eventful weekend for the Pinedale High School Nordic ski team as it competed in races Friday and Saturday in Jackson. The team showed strong signs of improvement as all varsity racers scored points and improved their times. This was the team’s last meet before the state contest begins Feb. 22.
The racers competed in a 10K classic race on Friday. The race was a mass-start for boys and girls, which added the pressure of maintaining position or moving up in the field for the competitors.
