SUBLETTE COUNTY – Sublette County waste management supervisor Bradley Clingman was fired by the county commissioners at an emergency meeting Wednesday evening.
Clingman was also arrested Wednesday. Thursday, nine criminal charges – seven felonies and two misdemeanors – were filed against him, according to a Sublette County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) incident report and court records.
The charges against Clingman, who began working for the county on March 9, 2009, include three felony and one misdemeanor counts of larceny by bailee, one felony and one misdemeanor charge of wrongful appropriation of public property, and three felony counts of failure or refusal to account for, deliver or pay over property, according to court records.
