Itís beef, not pork
I am very disappointed in your coverage of the Bondurant BBQ. You reported that they served pulled pork. Bondurant is a very successful and strong cattle ranching community. Those ranchers work hard to raise some of the best cattle in the country. They donate the beef and get up at the crack of dawn to put it in the pits. It is cooked to perfection by these hard working ranchers. It is with great pride that they serve their prize to people who travel far just for a taste. Sadly, with your article in the Examiner, you highly insulted each and every one of those hard working and very generous ranchers.
