PINEDALE – Pinedale High School Track and Field competed in the Ted Schroeder Invitational meet in Rock Springs last Friday and despite heavy winds, the team ran, threw and jumped well.

Head coach Eric Oram was proud of his team’s overall performance.

“Despite the weather being cold and windy, our kids did a great job and many of them set new personal records in at least one of their events,” Oram said. “We have been pushing through despite the cold weather and our team is improving.”

Oram was particularly excited for senior Tayln Costello. She ran the 100-meter hurdles in 17.19 seconds, setting a personal best time, as well as earning a spot in the state meet.
