Pinedale wrestlers post wins in Riverton

RIVERTON – The Pinedale Wranglers; wrestling squad competed in the largest wrestling meet of the season, the Riverton Ron-Thon, last weekend. Pinedale entered six athletes in the junior varsity brackets, lining up against 42 schools from across the state.

Pinedale came out with good wins at the tournament to place 13th of the 42 JV teams. Junior Brett Butler worked his way to a first-place finish, his first in his high school, while junior Klint Choate returned from an injury to place third in his weight class.
