PINEDALE, The Pinedale High School girls' basketball team played at home against Star Valley High School and emerged, just like the boys' side, defeated.
The Lady Wranglers will be playing at home this weekend against Jackson Hole High School on Friday at 5:45 p.m.

Pinedale wrestlers see mixed weekend

PINEDALE, The Pinedale High School wrestling team traveled to Pavillion for the Don Runner invitational competition over the last weekend. The team came in 16th place overall but some members of the squad did extremely well in their respective brackets.

Sublette swimmers lose two in out-of-town meets

KEMMERER -- The Sublette County swimming and diving team spent last weekend on the road as they traveled to Lyman and Kemmerer. The swim team competed as hard as they could despite having swimmers being out due to illness.
The swimmers will host the Pinedale Invitational at the Pinedale Aquatic Center on Friday, Jan. 23, starting at 4 p.m.

Nordic team competes in Lander

LANDER -- The Pinedale High School Nordic ski team traveled to Lander Friday, Jan. 16, to compete in the two-day Lander Nordic Invite with the team competing against nearly 200 other skiers on Friday and 300 on Saturday.

Wranglers lose despite promising start

PINEDALE, The Pinedale High School boys' basketball team played at home last weekend against Star Valley High School and lost 70-36, despite showing promise at the beginning of the game. Following a defeat to the junior varsity team of 59-24, the varsity team took to the court and quickly racked up a lead.

Glaciers win twice at home

PINEDALE, The Pinedale Glaciers high school-aged hockey team opened
its first weekend of home play with two victories over the Rock Springs Miners last weekend, 9-7 on Saturday and 8-6 on Sunday.

Injuries and low numbers hold back Wrangler wrestling

PINEDALE, The Pinedale High School boys' wrestling team travelled to Shoshoni to compete in the Wrangler Duals and finished in sixth place. The team was at a disadvantage with several of its athletes unable to take part in the competition, but the Wranglers still came out with victories in two of the five duals over the weekend.
