PINEDALE – The Wyoming Supreme Court affirmed the convictions of Daniel resident Travis J. Kovach Friday, after the court found no prosecutorial misconduct and no constitutional violations.
Kovach, 34, will be subject to the original sentence of 12 to 18 years in prison, as well as $6,000 in fines and around $2,500 in restitution that was ordered by Sublette County District Court Judge Marv Tyler on March 23, 2012.
The charges stem from an Oct. 15, 2010, altercation between Kovach and brothers Jess E. Ribelin and Richard D. Ribelin of Kansas.
