PINEDALE – The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality’s (DEQ) Air Quality Division (AQD) released its Upper Green River Basin (UGRB) ozone strategy Monday, detailing the plans and actions it will take to address the basin’s ground-level ozone problem.

An area is considered in nonattainment when it does not meet national air quality standards.
