SUBLETTE COUNTY – An agreement to purchase 58,000 acres of public-land drilling leases in the Hoback Basin was finalized last week.
The Trust for Public Land (TPL) announced Jan. 2 that it had reached its fundraising goal and finalized the purchase of the leases from Plains Exploration and Production Co. (PXP).
