PINEDALE – The Wind River Cajun Café burned almost to the ground late Monday night, Nov. 26, and into Tuesday morning, with an electrical problem as the cause.
“It was pretty much a total loss to the primary building,” said Pinedale Fire Chief Alvin Mitchell.
The building, located on Highway 191 just south of Pinedale below the rodeo grounds, is owned by Courtney Davis and was operated since April as a bakery and restaurant by Alice “Ginger” Mills.
